Uzbekistan work calendar: working days and hours by month

Short answer
The calendar shows how many working days and hours each month has in the Republic of Uzbekistan. A five-day week is counted at 8 hours a day and a six-day week at 7 hours from Monday to Friday plus 5 hours on Saturday. Holidays, additional days off and transfers are included, each with the act that set it.

Where the act and the published norm disagree
- 2 January (УП-257 от 24.12.2025) — The decree declares it non-working, yet the published working time norm counts it as a working day. The calendar follows the published norm.
- The annual norm on my.gov.uz is 1979 hours, the rule-based calculation gives 1978. The gap is one pre-holiday hour: the portal shortens five days, the rule shortens six.

Where the numbers come from
The calendar is computed from dates rather than copied from a ready table: weekends come from the calendar itself, holidays and transfers from acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
Сорокачасовая неделя. При пятидневке — 8 часов в день. При шестидневке — 7 часов с понедельника по пятницу и 5 часов в субботу. Рабочий день накануне праздничного нерабочего дня короче на один час.
